Help farmers and sellers find us and stay: community groups, social media, onboarding calls and the feedback loop back to the team.

What you will do

Run RootRise's social channels and farmer communities
Help new farmers and sellers get started and collect what confuses them
Organise small events and field visits with farmer groups
Report weekly on what users are asking for and where they get stuck

What we are looking for

Good communication in English; French, Spanish, Swahili, Hausa, Yoruba or another language farmers speak is a plus
Comfortable with social media and WhatsApp communities
Enjoy talking to farmers and sellers
Able to give a few hours every week, consistently
